The following is a list of merchants that are not able to be accepted by any of the processing banks that we work with. This is not an exclusive list. Other businesses may be declined by the processing bank after an underwriting review.

- CHARITIES THROUGH OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING, OR, DONATIONS FOR COMPANIES NOT REGISTERED WITH THE IRS AS A NON-PROFIT
- DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
- PYRAMID MARKETING/PONZI SCHEMES
- ANY PRODUCT CONTAINING SYNTHETIC CANNABINOIDS, “BATH SALTS,” OR OTHER CHEMICALS NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
